Yahweh who presides over the heavenly beings, we pray for all those who seek after God. We especially pray for our priest, Joseph; our supply priest, Carola; and our bishop, Phil. In the Anglican Communion, we pray for The Anglican Church of Papua New Guinea, and in the Diocese of Olympia for our neighbors at St. Alban’s, Edmonds; and Redeemer, Kenmore.

Elohim, who cares for mortals and crowns them with glory and honor, have mercy on all those in positions of power and authority. Test them and try them, that they may walk faithfully with you.

Embracing Christ, who gathers children into your arms and blesses them, we pray for the powerless and suffering in the world. We especially remember the people of Palestine, Lebanon, and Israel, and every place touched by war.

Sacred Breath and Holy Spirit, we pray for the sick and suffering in our community, for those afflicted with loathsome sores, and for those who struggle with chronic illness and addiction, especially those who meet in our building.
